The Fresenius Kabi Orchestra® Primea Base is a modular infusion station designed for the simultaneous and controlled administration of hypnotic and analgesic drugs in Target-Range Intravenous Anesthesia (AIVOC-TCI). It allows anesthesiologists to efficiently manage hypnosis and analgesia through a scalable system that can be adapted to each practitioner’s specific protocols. The Primea Base offers an intuitive interface for real-time monitoring of infusions and ensures seamless integration with patient data management systems. Its compact and lightweight design allows for easy installation in a variety of clinical environments.

 TCI infusion modes : Support for TCI effect (target concentration at the effector site), TCI plasma (target plasma concentration) and TCI View (programming in mass units with display of corresponding concentrations) modes.
  
 Multi-drug compatibility : Management of drugs such as Propofol, Sufentanil and Remifentanil, with dedicated pharmacokinetic models for precise administration.
  
 Number of channels : Two dedicated TCI channels, with a total capacity of eight channels for various infusions.
  
 Drug Library : Access to a list of 150 drugs with pre-defined protocols, allowing customization according to clinical needs.
  
 Communication interface : RS232 port for integration with patient data management systems and direct printing of trends and events.
