The VigileoTM monitor allows continuous measurement of cardiac output from pulse wave analysis. It reports the values of the cardiac index (CI), the indexed stroke volume (VE) and the stroke volume variation (VVE); connected to a central venous oximetry catheter, it allows continuous measurement of central venous oxygen saturation (ScvO2).
